The Murray & Associates recruitment process is a "client partnering program" that streamlines the hiring process and leads to the successful identification, selection, and hiring of the best candidates in a minimal amount of time. We engage in a process that is quality focused, as opposed to quantity oriented. This means when we present candidates, clients may see several, but each one can do the job. Murray & Associates principally conducts contingent-fee searches, but also work on a retained basis. Contingent searches usually must be completed on a time-critical basis. We will identify and present candidates as required. Retained searches are conducted on an exclusive basis. Typically, we will identify and present three candidates within a specified time period, usually one to three months. All candidates presented - in a contingent or retained search - meet the same stringent criteria. Murray & Associates follows a well defined process that allows us to successfully locate the right professionals for our clients.
