I am a lawyer with a career spanning three decades, advising private, professional, and corporate clients on corporate, commercial, operational, contentious, and regulatory matters across a diverse range of sectors. I have served as in-house counsel at Warner Bros, Bertelsmann, and Virgin Group, and as special counsel at Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, where I developed and led a commercial law practice before founding and managing my own commercial law firm. Building on thirty years of experience advising clients in both in-house and private practice roles, I now offer a streamlined service that combines the advantages of both: proactive, responsive, and strategic legal counsel delivered by an independent lawyer with deep expertise, tailored to the unique needs and priorities of each client’s business.
