Music Declares Emergency

In July 2019, Music Declares Emergency launched our declaration of a Climate and Ecological Emergency, from the UK music industry. Signed by all the leading major and independent labels, key business organisations, high profile artists and thousands of individual music industry professionals, the declaration represents the commitment of the UK music industry (and many global music industry supporters) to tell the truth about the climate emergency, transform our businesses to reduce emissions, promote social justice and lobby governments for the necessary systemic changes needed to preserve all life on earth.
