Muskurate Raho

Muskurate RAHO is a Mumbai based youth community working towards environmental conservation and social well being since. We have so far conducted 95 Beach Cleanup Drives and collected a whooping trash of over 4.1 Lakhs Kg. We have also engaged in 56 Drives of Plantation and Plant Restoration drive where we have planted nearly 4500+ saplings of various species. To give an insight one sapling can provide a day's oxygen for upto two people & can also take upto 20 pounds of Carbon Dioxide in a year. These saplings when nurtured properly can triple the amount of carbon dioxide intake and oxygen outtake, thus after rainy season we start our Plant Restoration Drive. Apart from these activities we also visit orphanages during the festive season to celebrate with those innocent souls. Recently we've started our new campaign 'Project Pathshala' where we teach skills, which are not present in their academic curriculum, to the underprivileged students. In our initiative of four years we've proudly engaged over volunteers hailing from diverse backgrounds.
