Mussel Polymers is dedicated to solving our customers toughest adhesion challenges, especially those underwater, in wet as well as humid environments. We specifically utilize catechol and related technologies in the first practical solutions to these vexing challenges. Our first products utilize poly(catechol styrene)(PCS) based polymers licensed from Purdue University and developed by Professor Jonathan Wilker. Our next generations will build upon that technology as well as others internally developed and or licensed. Mussel Polymer glue is a high performance underwater bonding solution for various industries including, medicine, marine, cosmetics, offshore oil and gas, military and many others. Currently we are working with a NOAA grant to solve a main challenge to coral restoration, adhering of the coral buds to their new homes effectively and in a timely, safe for the coral manner.
