MUTATIO Consult GmbH is a consulting company in the field of rail transport equipment and intermodal logistics. Since 2003 MUTATIO is representing TOUAX Rail Ltd. in Germany. In 2018 Stefan Blaas stepped in as Country Manager Germany from Süddeutsche Consultants which had previously mutated from a civil law partnership into my single proprietorship and as cooperation partner of GOMULTIMODAL GmbH. Originally Ulrich Dehe, Georg Kreitmair and Stefan Blaas had founded Süddeutsche Consultants |Stefan Blaas | Ulrich Dehe | Georg Kreitmair |GbR in 1996 to bundle their knowhow from the fields of public transport, rail transportation, intermodal logistics and asset management. In the international context Süddeutsche Consultants cooperated with regional planning expert Stefano Wagner, a Partner in Studi Associati SA (Lugano, Switzerland), Paolo Segala, a Partner in CSP Engineering srl (Este, PD) and x-vise in Feldkirch (AT) on terminals and projects for intermodal transport in Germany, Switzerland and Italy. A new focus since 2013 is Eurasian Logistics both on continental and deep sea options including the role of Mediterranean ports.
