Mutu Projects Ltd. is founded and managed by M. Umut Kundak and mainly provides Agile BA and PM services for different levels of organisations. Delivered two main mobile products in its first year. During these projects: Gathered information and analysed data to organise and automate business processes. Performed business analysis and tracked key performance indicators. Defined, developed, and maintained Jira / Confluence processes used by project stakeholders. Created prioritised requirements list (PRL) and product backlog to develop user stories and information architecture. Participated in PRL and backlog grooming and direction of systems development team. Delivered in-depth analytics to internal stakeholders, and executive-level management. Experienced in maintaining and managing systems and control procedures. Worked in agile environments and methodologies.
