Did you know that bicycle tires and inner tubes are mostly not recycled and end up in landfill? In #Switzerland, where more than 1.3 million bicycle tires (and as many inner tubes) are sold each year, most of which are replaced every 2 to 3 years, this translates into a lot of tires and inner tubes burned or thrown in the trash. Thanks to muusette, Swiss bicycle shops can, for the first time, quickly reduce their ecological footprint and participate in value-added recycling.
