The MV Skansonia is a Vintage Ferry boat, positioned perfectly on the North shore of Lake Union with unsurpassable views of the twinkling Seattle Skyline. We are a full service, reasonably priced Premier Event Facility specializing in Weddings and Corporate Events. With our highly experienced on-sight coordinator, professional event staff & our renown NW chef help to make it a perfect spot for your next event! The vintage feel of the 1929 Ferry boat is shown in our giant chandeliers, overstuffed arm chairs and coaches, the grand piano, our 16th century ornate marble topped furniture and our bank teller window now used as a bar! With the portholes and big bay doors open in the Summer months it really feels like your out on the water. In the winter month the twinkling lights on the dance floor and warm wood burning fireplaces make it a cozy and romantic place for any event. We have indoor and outdoor areas for your guest to use through out the event as well.
