We are a third-party administrator (TPA) and/or recordkeeper for employer-sponsored retirement plans; our goal is to get you through your journey. We sponsor prototype and volume submitter plan documents. We are independent of the investments chosen for the plan. We work with investment advisors, CPAs, and other professionals in helping plan sponsors have the best plan possible. We provide open-architecture daily valuation services on some of the leading custodians like Chalres Schwab and TD Ameritrade. Also, we can team up with some of the leading recordkeeping providers in the industry like MassMutual, Transamerica, John Hancock, and many others. We believe in full fee transparency and disclosure. We provide a flat fee based upon a range of employees covered by the plan for virtually all of our services. In addition, we do not charge for required plan document amendments.
