Mwingi is a startup company and was founded in Q3 2019. Mwingi developed an innovative and scalable franchise model for retail trading in rural Africa. With our solution we create a win-win for entire communities, the Mwingi franchisees as well as for our investors. Our Mission: Create jobs and end poverty in rural areas by empowering local retail entrepreneurs to serve base-of-the pyramid populations with affordable quality products. Our Vision: “Everywhere for Everyone” – establishing Africa´s largest last mile trading network with independent distribution outlets, owned and operated by local entrepreneurs. Mwingi started in Kenya, where the business model was tested successfully and is now ready to be rolled-out.
