Our mission is to provide simple and efficient solutions to Cook Islands businesses through the use of technology. We implement systems using Upvise cloud and mobile ready platform, a highly customizable mobile software and cloud services to suit specific business types and needs. The modules included in Upvise, all in one system, accessible through a web application and a mobile app (which can be used disconnected when needed allowing users to use it offline when not near internet access) are CRM, quoting/invoicing, Job management, task management, documents (knowledge base), eForms with digital signature and QR code, mobile data capture, equipment management (plant, assets, use of Nfc tags), health and safety management at job sites, workflow approvals, maps, Contractor management, Human resources, Time and attendance, Audits. We start with a proof of concept to ensure Upvise is the right solution for the client; we analyze the client's needs and their current processes and together we come up with efficient ways to perform them (also removing some of those processes that may no longer be needed), we perform data migration from any previous system (if any) to the new one, and where applicable we can perform data cleansing to ensure relevant data is being migrated. We train the staff before going live and provide with instructional videos.
