MxConnect is an online community dedicated to the medical industry. We became concerned when we heard that, pre-pandemic, 17% of nurses were burning out and leaving the industry. When we looked deeper into the problem, we found that the problem is much deeper than just the nurse. This problems affect the quality of healthcare, the rising cost of healthcare and the work life balance of nurses and medical professionals. So we are building a community of medical professionals to help each other. Including: Peered mentorship True Career planning Targeted Job finding Developing a personal network Adding artificial intelligence (AI) that works 24X7 for each nurse to identify opportunities for a) high pay b) opportunities that include a positive Work/life balance c) education and targeted work experience We provide a community where everyone can lookout for and help each other. Allowing our community members to become the top, and most satisfied, nurses in the industry
