MX Solar USA is a manufacturer of photovoltaic modules located in Somerset, New Jersey. Currently, the plant has a production capacity of 65 MW which can easily be increased 130 MW based on market demand. MX Solar USA is part of the MX Group, a leading photovoltaic manufacturer in both the Italian and European markets. MX has been operating since 2002 and is also specialized in EPC contracting. The Group has a combined production capacity of 180 MW from its two manufacturing facilities in Northern Italy. The MX Solar USA headquarters covers an area of sq ft hosting offices, manufacturing, quality control and warehousing. 120 people are currently employed and production is on a continuous, 24 hour cycle. Our Somerset facility manufactures Made in the USA multicrystalline PV modules comprised of 60 six-inch cells with power ranging from 230 to 245 Watts. We employ the same technology as the other companies of the Group in Europe, utilizing sophisticated state-of-the-art machinery for production and lamination processes. This, together with experienced, specialized personnel and rigorous quality control allows our products to achieve the highest qualitative standards defined by the market as “premium quality” in terms of efficiency and performance.
