My Care Provider is a registered NDIS provider operating in Victoria, New South Wales & Western Australia. Our team consists of senior Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) and Support Workers who have extensive experience working with people who have psychosocial (mental health), behavioural and neurological disabilities. Delivering NDIS specific-Functional Capacity Assessment Reports -Home & Living Assessment Reports -Psychoeducation (understanding symptoms and diagnosis)-Capacity Building Interventions (practical approaches that improving independent living skills)-Group Programs -Short-Term Accommodation (STA) & Respite
