My Career Switch is passionate about helping individuals find more engagement in their work. To promote this, we provide two services: 1. Career coaching and career-change workshops to help people find inspiring and engaging work. Bespoke training to help companies and organisations engage their employees. We are experts in understanding what boosts and blocks engagement in the world of work, and we use this understanding in the coaching, workshops and training we provide. In-House Soft Skills Training Company We are dedicated to improving the skills, performance and engagement of individuals in the world of work. We will. • listen and take the time to fully understand your company's culture and business environment so that we are fully aware of your specific requirements. As learning and subject specialists we will then suggest additional topics/skills that could be useful for the training. • Create bespoke course materials and exercises that will be specially created in response to your specific requirements. We never use ‘off the-shelf’ learning courses. • Deliver lively and engaging training. The interactive learning experience is memorable and supported with proven and relevant research. We are experts at managing a room and ensuring everybody is involved in the learning process.
