My Ceviche was established in March 2012, with the objective of being the premier fast-casual purveyor of fresh seafood in the form of ceviches, tacos, burritos, stone crabs, and salads. My Ceviche combines high-quality food with the convenience and affordability of a quick service restaurant, showcased in a beach-meets-city venue with an open kitchen. My Ceviche outperforms the typical low-quality, unhealthy food establishments in flavor, quality, and price. My Ceviche has 7 locations throughout Miami: South Beach (March 2012), Brickell (April 2013), South Miami (July 2014), Coral Gables (July 2015), Terminal D of the Miami International Airport (August 2016), Midtown Miami (December 2016), and Aventura Mall (May 2018).
