Karl is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Karl performs preemptive government audits that identify systemic weaknesses in qualified plan documents and operations. His tools have been tested over many years of experience performing these audits as well as representing clients before government agencies during actual audits. Plan Sponsors have the option of using the appropriate government sponsored voluntary correction programs (i.e, EPCRS, VFCP, and DFVCP). Clients have found that preemptive audits and use of voluntary correction programs where appropriate provide a cost effective means to address systemic weaknesses prior to government action.
