Whether a local business or a global University, the process is pretty much the same all across our small planet. The idea of My Interview came out of struggle with candidate interviews. Each interview was, by far, the most time-consuming and expensive task in the hiring process. How could one remarkably speed up the process, improve its quality and reduce the cost?
