My Life Counseling, located in uptown Mount Lebanon, serves the greater Pittsburgh area. Our therapy practice is built around the values of health and well-being for the mind, body, and spirit. We believe that by fostering a healthy relationship with these 3 components, all individuals have the capacity to reach their fullest potential. Our purpose is to walk beside our patients as they embark on this journey. Offering support on the journey to healing, growth and change. We happily provide treatment for Individuals (Adults and Adolescents), Couples, Families and Groups. Services Include: Personal Growth, Anxiety and Panic, Depression, ADD / ADHD, Relationship Issues, Life Transitions, Grief and Loss, Traumatic Stress, Fears and Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Spiritual Crisis, Eating Disorders, Sports Performance, Parenting Issues. Making the decision to seek help can often be one of the most difficult steps in beginning your therapeutic journey. As with any new experience, uncertainty is common and expected. At My Life Counseling, we will walk beside you throughout the entire process. When you enter our office, you will be met with peace and tranquility.
