My Longevity Pty Limited (ABN 30 128 824 368) is a web-based service founded by David Williams. Our passion is to empower people from midlife on to make the best of the rest of their life (their longevity). We make longevity information available in a unique way through our free SHAPE Analyser. This acknowledges that we become more different from each other as we age, with many important consequences for how we respond. Our Longevity Plan then uses your SHAPE results to prepare you to act on improving your quality of life and better inform your health, financial and lifestyle decisions. My Longevity uses only reputable information about longevity. We conceived the SHAPE approach to make this more available. Over free SHAPE analyses were completed to September 2019. The SHAPE Analyser continues to be free to visitors. The Longevity Plan is an ongoing subscription service which gets you on track and enables you to stay there by adapting your Plan as longevity knowledge and your own circumstances evolve.
