From half to full-day energizer programs, to 2-day workshops, to 2 – 4 month long extended engagement programs that include pre-work, to one-on-one coaching or skills practice labs, to 4 – 6 month long one-on-one executive coaching engagements, customized to the needs of the coachee, My Persona® makes authentic leadership easy, through innovative Leadership Development programs. We use a personalized, practical approach that works with strengths & beliefs. My Persona® was born out of the passion of two people to create a unique transformational process – The My Persona® Way – that would help people express their Differentiated Leadership. It brings together a collective experience of working with businesses, people, brands, and communication. The My Persona® Way helps bridge the gap between ideal leadership and the ground reality of real leadership for organizations looking to create leaders who interact and collaborate effectively, with relevance and authenticity, while making an impact.
