My Potential

My Potential is mental health service dedicated to empowering adults with a mental health condition to reach their occupational dreams, goals and Potential. We provide mental health support and occupational therapy services. Our program consists of mental, physical and creative focused groups. These are facilitated by health care providers who have a mental health lived experience too. Vision: To empower all people with experiencing a mental health condition to reach their occupational dreams, goals and potential HOPE We inspire HOPE for each individual to live a life of meaning and purpose EMPOWERMENT We are passionate in supporting you to discover and use your strengths to reach your potential A COMMUNITY We offer a healing environment that will support you to feel connected with your community.
