My Smart City enables citizens to log municipal issues, like potholes, streetlight outages or burst pipes. These reports are then escalated to the relevant municipalities, keeping the user up to date throughout the process, from “In Progress” to “Completed”. Other features offered include booking trusted service providers, staying up to date with Local Insights, viewing the latest news and community alerts on our Social Feed, loadshedding schedules, purchasing Data, Airtime and Lotto tickets - and so much more, all in one place. My Smart City promotes active citizen engagement.
