My Therapy

We are a multi-disciplinary Psychology, Sexology and Breakthrough Coaching Practice. We only use scientifically verified evidence based models to assist our clients to get the results that they wish. Our clients are therefore in therapy as short as possible and for as long as it is necessary. All our Therapists are experts in their field and we ensure that clients are assisted by the Therapist best suited to the client's requirements. We provide coaching, counselling, therapy and various skills training courses. Our skills training program is for both individuals and business professionals who would like to equip themselves better against the onslaughts of life. Our RBT (Rational Behaviour Therapy) based training is specifically for those clients who need a breakthrough in a certain life context - either, personally or professionally. Under this modality we also provide training for corporates in order to strengthen the organisation as a whole and get better results. Our DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) based training sessions is geared towards people who would like to innoculate themselves against stress, anxiety and depression.
