In the first instance, we send out a needs assessment/ strength finder which in turn acts as 360 feedback permitting discussion for us to then agree the best way forward for you to start benefiting from your desired changes. Whether we focus on company culture, communication issues, avoiding or reducing conflict or if there is a need to create an environment of empathy trust. We will often conduct a’ top-down’ approach across the workplace to help transform your company towards changing its culture. Opposing the previous statement task-specific sessions such as the sales or team working workshops can often require attention in their own right and for this purpose we can present relevant assessments and workshops exclusive to these areas
