We know that we offer something entirely unique and bespoke for each of the organisations that we work with. We have a tailored approach to meet your company's needs and align with your values. Our Coaches are experienced Therapists We are able to go provide comprehensive mental health support that goes beyond the usual coaching agenda. We don’t pass clients on when they hit challenges or emotional blocks - that is our expertise. Reactive and Proactive If a staff member is experiencing challenges then we can be the first response. We work closely with HR and Team Leaders as a sounding board and advise how they can continue to assist their team. This makes people feel supported and reduces the impact on their work. Measurable engagement We provide monthly data on how resources and coaching services have been accessed. Analysing this data allows us to tailor our provision to focus on the specific needs of your staff - by topics such as confidence and anxiety; and also the format - audio, written or video.
