My7Lives is a fantastic opportunity for travelers who seek authentic Experiences and for locals to show them a slice of their lives! There are countless people around the world who possess skills and local knowledge that are interesting and valuable to travelers. M7L is a web platform that connects these travelers to locals, turning the locals into Experience vendors and any curious and adventurous traveler into a customer. M7L promotes Experiences with a capital "E"! That means we want travelers to not only experience travel, but to Experience life as a local with a local. Experiences could be surfing safaris on the remote West Australian coasts, a bike tour in the French Alps, trekking in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, wine making classes offered by a traditional wine maker in Burgundy, or a tour of the hottest locations during Design Week in Milan. Connecting people directly to each other, M7L allows the unlimited potential of a local community and its traditions to grow into a micro shared economy. Under this economic model, M7L helps a local economy to grow, respecting and encouraging the local traditions, and utilizing available resources - it's locals! With M7L, all the economic resources brought by travelers to an area will remain there, unlike with traditional tourist offerings (e.g. big bus tours), which leave local communities with only a small part of the money spent by travelers. For both travelers and Experience vendors, it is free to register and become a member on M7L. Only when an Experience is completed is a small transaction fee applied - similar to other web services in the internet travel industry.
