Myalphabeat
myAlphaBeat is a non-profit movement that was started in November of 2013 to provide our communities with an easy and fun way to exercise, bond with family and make friends. myAlphaBeat consists of a series of moves that are assigned to the letters of the alphabet, numbers and symbols. In doing so, a new way of communication is created by which kids can learn the alphabet and stay fit at the same time. This is also an opportunity for youth or adults to teach the alphabet and to grow healthy together with younger members of our society. Much like mathematics and language tutoring, youth and adults should tutor their siblings and friends in becoming and staying healthy. That opportunity is presented by myAlphaBeat.
