I teach body and breath awareness through a fusion of yoga, Shindaï-do (non violent martial arts), pilates and movement to strengthen, flex and stimulate greater harmony within. I’m based in the South of France where I offer treatment, classes and training close to Avignon. I also provide distance sessions online. My services are personalised, in one-one and/or group sessions, and tailored to support your self-healing and well-being. I specialise in chronic pain as well as other acute and chronic health issues using a holistic body approach and a fusion of physical and energy techniques, including movement, mobilisation and massage to support your ability for spontaneous self-healing. I call this method mybodo – a holistic, complementary approach based on the principles of energy medicine and the body’s innate healing ability. mybodo is a proven method for people with anxiety, stress and other disease related symptoms.
