Mycellome

We build cross-platform, web-browser-based apps for collaborative big data exploration in data intense fields such as multi-omics. Our solutions allow clients to engage in interactive, visual, point-and-click data exploration for the discovery of insights from their high dimensional datasets. Examples of these insights include – study of cell heterogeneity, discovery of multi-omic relationships, exploration of cell type compositions in tumors or tissue samples, comparing and contrasting gene expression patterns, etc. The self-indexed datasets are directly packaged in the web data browser application. We provide built-in interfaces for the integration of best-of-breed analytics workflow pipelines (e.g, from Python and R) for the users. We support multi-scale, multi-modal exploration; synchronized operations for integrative visualization of heterogeneous datasets, or different views from the same data modality, or the visualization of multi-modal datasets across multiple domains. Our users can record data explorations (states) as a set of fully recoverable waypoints; the layout of the panels can be saved as sessions, enabling management, and sharing of the browser’s views. One can easily toggle between “record keeping of analysis results” and “data exploration”, within the same browser location.
