MyConsultancy is an independent advisory and transformation practice partnering with senior leaders at moments of strategic and operational inflection. We help organisations navigate enterprise and digital transformation where existing ways of operating, governing, or delivering change are no longer sufficient. Our focus is on translating strategy, digital, data, and AI investments into measurable and sustained outcomes, supported by strong governance and disciplined execution. Our work spans transformation strategy, portfolio alignment, operating model change, and senior program and transformation leadership. We operate primarily at enterprise and portfolio level, stepping in where clarity is required, delivery needs to be stabilised, or accountability must be strengthened.
