MyDisha is a Career Guidance Assessment & Counselling portal focused towards guiding the young students in their teens to make best suited career choices through scientifically proven and validated assessments followed by counseling sessions. Choosing a career is not an easy task to accomplish. The starting point to make a choice is to know about one’s own self or evaluate one’s personal interests and values. This Career Assessment is a comprehensive test. It will make the students understand their strengths and areas of improvement. It will enable the students to make a well informed and close to heart decision for their career. Mapping a career path also becomes more attainable if the following three areas of career assessment are focused on: Interest, aptitude and personality: It's like asking a kid: What he can do?(Aptitude) Vs What he wants to do?(Interest) Vs What he should do?(Personality) MyDisha can help the students to identify their ‘uniqueness’. This uniqueness will be explained to the students through a detailed individual report followed by a counselling session to take them through multiple options of what they want to pursue as a Career that is based on the integration of their Interest, Aptitude and Personality.
