MyEirene Ltd is a mindful wellness company that aims to help people improve their mental and emotional wellbeing using holistic practices. We work with students in higher education, employees in small-mid sized businesses and also with individuals, teaching them how to work with different types of mindfulness practices to create non-medical solutions for their distresses. These solutions are designed to be easily applied into daily life. Our services include an online shop catering ebooks and journals, drop-in student/non-student group coaching, drop-in student/non-student solo coaching as well as specific wellness packages designed for corporations and higher education institutions to help impart wellbeing to a larger community.
