We leverage deep industry experience and proprietary modeling to quickly analyze and reveal a home's performance and then provide tailored improvement recommendations. Depending on what improvements the homeowner selects, we display pre-screened, qualified local contractors as well as specific rebates and incentives available to offset the cost. The homeowner selects the contractors they would like to work with and MyHomeEQ makes the connection and tells the contractor exactly what the homeowner is looking for and the expected cost. Each home also receives an EQ Score which shows its relative performance to similar homes. Homeowners can use their EQ score to tell prospective buyers that their home is more comfortable and efficient and therefore worth more.
