We believe that yoga provides the perfect tonic to the busy lives we lead today, complementing any other interests you may have. Coming from active sporting backgrounds we understand that yoga can provide either a fitness or recovery session for an individual; whilst always offering the student the opportunity to switch off from the daily responsibilities of life. Most recently we have launched our classes online for students to join our any of our live streamed classes or watch any of our 500 recordings in your own time. Our classes range from 15 - 60 minutes ranging from yin and power yoga to kids and SkiFit. You can join any of the classes by signing up to our monthly subscription.
