At the age of 30, health issues trigger his healthy lifestyle transformation. He got certified as a fitness trainer and sports nutritionist. During his 20+ years of corporate work, he experienced extensive traveling and busy schedules. These two major factors were the obstacles that prevented him from making proper food selection and exercise frequently.
