We are MYNDREF. We are an online and app based facilitator of mental health for athletes of all ages. Our goal is to understand the mental health needs of people who participate in organized sports and to create ease of accessibility to all forms of mental health assistance. The MYNDREF Team seeks out the top available resources and most current knowledge regarding the psychological aspects of participating in organized sports. We then make it easy for our app users to access that information and use it to either self provision or to connect with professional level assistance in order to obtain the level of mental health they seek. We strive to serve all people who are involved in organized sports. The MYNDREF Team understands and relates to those who find themselves in need of mental health support while participating in these athletic activities. We understand that sports can both assist in mental health as well as creating unique new challenges in maintaining it. We also understand that mental health issues can exist unrelated to sports, however, the unique life of an athlete may still be a factor in how help can be received.
