MyRecPanel is a free service to employers seeking recruitment agencies. We act purely on behalf of employers to match agency recruiters based on criteria provided by you. Too often in this unregulated recruitment industry, the wrong recruiters are chosen with fees paid that are not aligned to the role type and supply of candidates in the market. We work with all recruitment agencies and evaluate them on previous experience recruiting the role type, cultural fit with your company, alignment to your budget and commitment to the process and timeline you have provided. The recruitment industry has a vast supply of boutique and large-scale firms all with very different value propositions. We take out the guess work and the sales pitch and provide you with the best fit, for the right outcome at the right place in the most efficient way. As has occurred in the real estate industry; agents are expected to be transparent about the results they have achieved for other customers, with reviews and feedback being visible to potential customers. As MyRecPanel proposition evolves, we are keen to make these pieces of feedback from previous clients of recruitment agencies visible to you. Recruitment is not rocket science, as such there will be occasions where we will advise you to DIY and will provide you with the tools to do so. Some role types, utilising an agency is as effective as completing the process yourself. It will save you time and money in doing so for the lower level roles. Recruitment agencies are incredibly beneficial for role types that are niche, technical and where candidates are scarce in the marketplace. For this reason, Recruitment Agencies have the infrastructure, technology and resources to seek out these candidates of which would be very difficult to do independently of a recruitment agency.
