MyTable was founded in 2009 in Lucerne, Switzerland, and provides complete profiles of over restaurants throughout Europe, while offering online restaurant reservation services to diners. Restaurants and guests can register free of charge. The portal exists in 5 different languages and displays restaurant descriptions, images, specials, menu cards. Guests can search by restaurant name or city and also by cuisine type. Moreover, they have the possibility to recommend and review restaurants to the MyTable community via the website or the smartphone app and book their tables online. The booking system displays real-time availability and instantly confirms the reservation to the guest as well as to the restaurant. Apps are available for both iPhone and Android.
