N-Side Out
N-Side Out is a nonprofit organization with a demonstrated commitment to housing and community service. An integral part of our philosophy is that "housing is not just bricks and mortar." Thus, our mission is not only to rebuild and maintain a sizable portion of the housing stock in impoverished neighborhoods, but also to support the rebuilding of the social and economic capital in the Birmingham community. Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in this area, N-Side Out's goal is to provide sensible solutions. Our mission is to combat homelessness and poverty among Veterans and non-Veterans by providing a full range of supportive services to equip individuals and families with the tools needed to become self-sufficient, productive members of the community.
