Nadi Style TCM is a bilingual lifestyle platform based in Guangzhou, China, dedicated to blending Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wisdom with plant-based nutrition and wellness. We create engaging video content and articles sharing seasonal plant-based recipes, nutrition tips rooted in TCM, and stories exploring a vibrant plant-based lifestyle in China. Our mission is to build a community of like-minded people who want to embrace holistic health and enjoy life—connecting East and West through language and culture. Nadi Style TCM was founded by Nadia Jhunjhnuwala, a California native with a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies (focus on China) and Global Studies minor from UCLA. After moving to Guangzhou, Nadia immersed herself in the culture and discovered the power of plant-based nutrition combined with ancient Chinese medicine. In 2018, she completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate at T. Colin Campbell’s Center for Nutrition Studies through E-Cornell, deepening her understanding of balanced nutrition. In 2024 she graduated from Emperor's College after four years of study in Chinese Medicine then obtained her License of Acupuncture in 2025. She is currently furthering her studies in Chinese Medicine at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. Through Nadi Style TCM, Nadia shares her passion for holistic health with a fresh, modern approach—integrating TCM principles, plant-based cooking, and lifestyle habits. Her signature content includes original recipe videos, TCM-based wellness tips, and the popular Nadistyle Plant-Based Eats series, which explores plant-based dining options across China.
