National Association For Christian Athletic Administrators Mission NAFCAA exists to serve, encourage and equip Christian athletic administrators and professional sport executives as they seek to lead and influence the world for Christ. Vision To provide resources, events, networking opportunities and partnerships that will address challenges in the workplace and promote spiritual growth. Identity NAFCAA is a community of Christian athletic administrators and professional sport executives who aspire to grow as leaders, support one another as colleagues and pursue excellence as we serve God.
