REBAR DETAILING: With an aim to meet the expectations of our prestigious patrons, we are engaged in offering reliable Rebar Detailing. Our services include rebar detailing and estimating. Our professional people have combined experience of all phases of rebar detailing and estimating. In addition to this, we have experience in Imperial & Metric detailing of many International detailing codes like ACI, CSA, BS, IS, EURO, DIN etc. Currently the rebar detailing is done either with REBAR CAD / CADS RC / AUTOCAD / TEKLA if 3D rebar drawings are required. Moreover these services are rendered at nominal prices. We adhere to a three-tier system to whet the quality and flow of information in both directions before the final drawings are delivered to the client. ⏭REBAR ESTIMATION: This is the process of quantifying the rebar in a RCC structure, where we categorize the steel by type, bar size and bend category; element-wise and segment-wise. We also provide mesh and accessories details, as well as concrete quantities needed for a job; when it is included in the scope. At NAHOM, our adept estimators are equipped with advanced tools and software like ASA, RebarCAD/CADS RC, Bluebeam and On-Screen Takeoff (OST) to produce accurate rebar estimates in various formats. The client is now armed with complete knowledge to be a confident competitor in the bidding process, to win the job. ⏭STRUCTURAL STEEL DETAILING & ESTIMATION: NAHOM specializes in producing detailed structural steel fabrication shop and erection drawings that follow clients' customized standards while maintaining the guidelines set by AISC, NISD and OSHA. Ability to supply Production Tracking Reports: ABM's, Shop Bolt Lists, Field Bolt Lists, Material Summary, and Gather Sheets for convenience in the fabrication and erection process. Capability to provide CNC, KSS, DXF, CIS2, IFC, and VRML files for Material Management systems, shop equipment or merging our model with the final model for clash detection.
