To achieve its mandate as the manager of the trading floor as efficiently and to the benefit of the coffee industry, the Management Committee initiated a strategic plan. In this strategy paper, the Exchange desires to articulate the government’s vision in the agricultural sector and in particular, the coffee sub-sector as envisaged in the vision 2030.
