The N&K team comprises of three main departments being Banking Securities, Real Estate & Projects’ Development and Commercial & Corporate Law. The N&K team was established following a strategic and seamless spin off from Sichangi Partners Advocates. As an offspring of Sichangi Partners, N&K enjoys a close business and professional relationship with Sichangi Partners Advocates. In this regard, the N&K team has over the years perfected its systems and processes as well as competence particularly with regard to Banking Securities and Financial Services Law, Real Estate and Project development, Corporate Law and general Commercial Law. The strategic value of the structured spin-off of N&K by Sichangi Partners Advocates is out of a long term strategic development process aimed at creating diversity and enhanced competition and value in the professional services market, especially legal services. The N&K team enjoys the composition of a professional and administrative team that has largely worked together at Sichangi Partners Advocates’ over the years and developed common values, culture and work ethic and are guided and driven by the slogan, “One Team One Dream”.
