Namma Kuteera

Namma Kuteera is a not-for-profit organization that came into formal existence in the year 2022 but has been running since 2012. We partner with local peacebuilders across India with an aim to improve the environment and human well-being. Every story after the pandemic starts out by how the pandemic made us do this. Rest be assured, Mrs. Kanthi Shetty along with her daughter Lipika Hegde, found various ways to help in the betterment of the society and Covid-19 marked as a catalyst to formalize this organization founded by them. We aim to take up several projects and initiatives which will serve the people and our environment. It is our goal to make sure that no human goes hungry and every animal is looked after. Every person out there deserves a chance at happiness and Namma Kuteera focuses on doing the same. Along with this, we hope to make this a better place by stringently cleaning up the country from all the waste and planting several saplings, so our future generations need not worry about saving the planet and rather breathe with no harm. We have taken it up as our duty to make sure that every human being is aware of this very small but extremely impactful deed called "kindness". In this fast-paced world, the lack of awareness about a situation or the wrong-doing and sufferings of several people with no fault of theirs is causing a huge hindrance in the development of the country. Making sure that every voice is heard and every helping hand is served is what we hope and desire for this place to be.
