Namvaran High Tech Company was established as a private joint stock company incorporated under the Iranian law in 2008 as a response to the growing need in the critical post revolutionary period for competent IT services. NHTC detached from its holding company, Namvaran Consulting Engineering & Management, which initiated the Information Technologies (IT) department as one of its core competencies since 1986.
