I am here to support you in cultivating more curiosity, joy, presence, empowerment, and truth-speaking in your relationships. You understand that nurturing a positive relationship with yourself, others, body, mind, and spirit is important for a fulfilling life but you lack the support or the right tools to take them to the next level. My coaching sessions are unique to each individual, bringing in tools from my background in Communications, lessons from my personal experiences, as well as spiritual practices. You and I are alike. We are curious, seekers, explorers. We are kind, empathetic, caring. We get excited about learning new tools of growth and different ways of improving ourselves so that we can be better humans for others.
