As a simple additive, a single ounce of MAC added to any cleaning solution eliminates over a dozen issues that all restaurants have, without the restaurant having to do virtually anything different. One of its greatest assets is fruit fly and gnat control. It is not an insecticide, it actually does nothing to the pest. What it does is affect the odor molecules that comes from food and drinks, in such a way that pests cannot detect the presence of food. Fruit flies and gnats cannot smell food within the facility, and because of that, they leave. The results are shocking.
